Bible Army International Church began in February of 1996 in the capital city of Addis, Ethiopia. Its inception coincided with the massive spread of HIV. This devastating disease quickly became one of three killer diseases plaguing the country.
From its inception, BAIC members were committed to helping meet medical needs through access to medical services and care, along with the power of prayer and support counseling. The meeting of people’s physical needs opened the door for powerful impact in their lives, which fueled BAIC’s passion in the area of medical relief, and is now creating a wave of healing throughout the country.
